2Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use 788fb, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be an individual person (not a corporate entity).
• You must have a valid and active mobile banking account.
• You are using this platform entirely of your own free will and for your own entertainment.
• Your account must not have been previously permanently closed by 788fb.

3Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts, but operating more than one account from the same device or the same payment method is prohibited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms. If your details change, please update your account immediately or notify our support team.

3.3 Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. 788fb will never ask for your password by email or chat. If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately and contact us at [email protected].

• Transferring or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Accessing or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• 788fb is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

788fb currently accepts transactions through four mobile financial services available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if additional verification is required, it may take longer. Processing may be slightly delayed during late-night hours or busy periods.

4.3 Transaction Terms

• Funds deposited must come only from your own payment method.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical issue, please notify our support team immediately. 788fb will take appropriate action subject to verification. The funds from a failed transaction generally return to the original payment source.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Some examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 → Bonus capped at ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳11,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only; the deposit amount is not included.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• After a bonus is credited, the wagering requirement must be completed within a specified period.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance may be cancelled.
• If an attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• 788fb reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers without notice.

5.4 VIP Program

788fb's VIP program has four tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

The detailed terms regarding VIP benefits and cashback processing are determined by 788fb at its own discretion, and 788fb reserves the right to change them.

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

6.2 Game Cancellation & Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during a game, 788fb will review the relevant records before making a decision. Winnings or losses that arise unintentionally due to a technical error may be voided.

• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the session is generally restored.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the related bet is voided and the funds are returned.

6.3 Special Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, bets are always accepted and settled according to the displayed odds and rules. No bet can be changed or cancelled while a match is in progress or after the result has been announced.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 788fb platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using multiple identities for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Playing games using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method.

• Colluding or making arrangements with other members to gain an advantage.

8Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Rights of 788fb

788fb may at any time, without prior notice, take the following actions:

• Temporarily suspend an account for investigation.
• Permanently close an account due to a breach of these Terms.
• Place a hold on withdrawals if suspicious transaction or gaming patterns are detected.
• Restrict an account until verification documents are received.

8.2 Member-Initiated Account Closure

8.3 Balance of a Closed Account

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the bonus balance and any related winnings will be forfeited. However, regarding any deposited principal funds, 788fb will make a decision based on the circumstances. All decisions are final and binding.
